• Advice and assistance in negotiating national or international management contracts, executive employment contracts and particular contractual elements (incentive plans, minimum duration, golden parachutes, non-compete clauses and confidentiality clauses, etc.);
  • Assistance during extrajudicial dispute phases and termination of management and executive employment arrangements (payment of compensation, benefits or indemnities of various kinds, revocation of management powers and positions, disciplinary and or economic/organizational procedures and dismissals), as well as management of negotiations with a strong focus on results
  • Legal assistance during disputes as claimant or defendant (e.g., fees and compensation for damages, defence against liability suits, breach of loyalty or non-compete obligations)
