His experience focuses mainly on employment and labour relations advisory and litigation, particularly in banking and finance, railway, automotive, and biotech sectors.

He is an expert in company transfers, employment law aspects of M&A transactions, expatriates, company handbooks and policies, appointment and revocation of company directors, service procurements, dismissals, incentive plans, and non-competition agreements.

Mr Savoia has also handled litigation for important Italian and international companies on matters concerning dismissals, financial advisors, unlawful staff leasing and contractors, and fixed-term agreements.

He  lectures on employment law and industrial relations  at the post-graduate school for the legal profession of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, Faculty of Jurisprudence, as well as at some of the most prestigious training institutes in Italy.

He graduated from Università Cattolica in Milan and was thereafter admitted to the Milan Bar in 2001; admitted before the Supreme Court of Cassation and other High Courts.
