Second national Company in the rail transport sector (with more than 4,000 employees and 730,000 passengers in a day): legal assistance with about 200 separate lawsuits brought against the Company on different issues relating to labor and trade union law. Private Bank belonging to a premier national credit Group: legal assistance with lawsuits brought by former agents (financial advisors) in relation to the bank’s withdrawal from contracts, revocation of additional recruitment and/or coordination appointments, resignation for alleged just cause and the related claims of indemnity in lieu of notice, termination of employment indeminity (pursuant to the Collective Economic Agreement and article 1751 of the Italian civil code) and bonuses. Primary Italian Bank, with over 800 financial advisors, 5,600 employees and 600 branches: legal assistance with injunction proceedings against a former employee and his new employer (a competing bank), succcesfully ended with an injunction against the former employee and the competing bank to stop carring out any further illegal activity of unfair competition and using confidential information. Hotel company: legal assistance with a lawsuit relating to a serious accident at work (an employee who fell from a canopy while cleaning glass) with management of criminal aspects in the civil lawsuit. Leading Italian Company in the thermoventilation sector: legal assistance in a lawsuit brought by an employee claiming the employer’s liability pursuant to Article 2049 of the Italian Civil Code for sexual assault in the workplace committed by a superior. German textile machinery manufacturing Multinational: legal assistance to the company with a lawsuit brought by a former agent and distributor who had filed claims for payment of over €1.3 million as severance indemnity, commissions and damages under the commercial agency contract. Eminent Italian banking Institution, part of a listed Group: legal assistance with a lawsuit related to the dismissal for just cause of former employees, who had disregarded company directives and falsified the reporting of the activities carried out. Company operating in the Italian airport sector: legal assistance with a complex lawsuit, spread throughout Italy, brought by more than 60 employees claiming the integrative treatment of air transport amounting to € 5 million. Global leading Group in cables manufacturing: legal assistance with a lawsuit brought by INPS for the recovery of more than € 3 million in tax relief on training contracts as a result of a decision of the European Commission that had qualified them as unlawful state aids pursuant to the EU Treaty (the position was handled in court and then out of court with settlement a few hundred positions of employees, finally ended without economic follow-up).
